Processes:1.Turnon theinjectionmachineandletitwarmup2.Placethedie moldsinto thealignmentbolts3.Takenoteof thetemperatureandthepressure4.Pushtheinjectioncontrolvalveto injectplastic5.Wait for a shortperiodof timethen retracttheinjectionram6.Raisethetableguardandremovethedie mold7.Openthemoldandpullout theplasticpartwith thetwist method. Results (Theresultsof theexperimentsare filledout in theplasticmoldingprocessestablishmenttable.) Conclusion To ensurethere is a goodfill,itis importantto takenoteof thetemperatureandthepressureduring theinjectionprocess.Whenthetemperatureis toolow,at 400 F, there will not be anychange.However,as thetemperaturerises,there are higherchancesthemoldwill fillout. Whenthepressureis toolow,there will be littlechange.However,whenthepressureis toohigh,therewill be a blowout.Assuch,to getthebestfill,thetemperaturemust be at 475 Fandthepressureat 50 psi.
